8am Holy Communion - AAPB Second Order
The service is held in the Chapel.
A simple breakfast is served in the Rutherford Room after the service on the second Sunday of each month.
10.00am Sung Eucharist with Children's Worship - AAPB Second Order
6.00pm Evening Service.
Daily
Morning and Evening Prayer are said daily in the chapel at 8.30am and 5.00pm respectively
Wednesdays
11.30am Eucharist in the Chapel
First Wednesday of the Month
6.30pm Eucharist in the Chapel followed by a light meal in the Rutherford Room.
Children in worship
Children are welcome at every service.
A creche operates at the back of the church during the 10am service.
Children are encouraged to attend Junior Worship for a time of learning and worship
- see below.
School-age baptised children who are regular worshipers are welcome to receive Communion. Talk to the Vicar if you would like your children admitted to Holy Communion.
All children are welcome to come to the altar rail at communion time to receive a blessing.
Junior Worship
At the beginning of 10.00am Sunday Eucharist during the school terms, children are invited to their own
time of worship and teaching. They return to the church usually at the exchange of the Peace and in
time for Holy Communion. In between they will enjoy an interesting program of songs, lessons and
worship of their own. Clare Tomasov is our Children’s Ministry Coordinator and can be called on 9882 4851.
17th December – 7.30pm
Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols with the combined choirs and congregation of St John's and Our Lady of Victories.
Christmas Eve -24th December
5.00 pm Christmas Eve Crib Service.
Children are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite character,
join in the Crib and Christingle Service, and help us to celebrate the Christmas Story.
11pm – Carols with the Choir
11.30pm – Sung Eucharist with Procession and Blessing of the Crib
Christmas Day - 25th December
9am – Sung Eucharist
Note:- During January, both Sunday and midweek Services will be as usual. The Choir will, however, be in recess.Our Patronal Festival will be held on the 3rd and 4th May 2008.

Each year confirmation is held at the 10.00am Eucharist usually on one of the Sundays in November. If you would like to be prepared for confirmation, please speak to the Vicar.
Thursday Evening Home Group
This group meets twice each month at 8pm for study,
discussion, worship and fellowship. We welcome new members, and enquiries can
be made to Ross Smith via the parish office.
The Tuesday Group
The group meets for discussion, devotion, dinner, movie nights and generally having fun in the Garden Room on the
second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 8pm.

The Monday Group
The Monday Group meets on the first Monday of the month in the parish centre 1.30pm -3.00pm.
Bible study, prayer, and spiritual development are the groups main focus. Contact Alison Bunting or Joy Letts at the office.
